Insurance coverage analysis

The assigned reading and lectures from this module will be useful in
completing this assignment. You will also need to refer to a policy
description or summary of coverages you find online from an automobile
insurance company along with the information in the fact pattern
regarding the Declaration Sheet and the Endorsement. Ignore all
Endorsements except for the endorsement described in the fact pattern.
Use the policy description or summary of coverages you found online for
this exercise and the declaration sheet information and endorsement
information provided in the fact pattern. Cite the source of the
coverage information as well as the company.

Prepare a memorandum of no less than three pages and no more than five pages to “file” addressing the following:

• A summary of the relevant facts for purposes of coverage determination.
• A discussion of all insurable losses sustained regardless of whether the loss is covered by the policy
• A determination of whether each loss is covered by the
  policy including an application of the relevant facts to the
  relevant policy provisions that justify the determination (don’t
  forget to consider exclusions and conditions)
• A determination of whether there is a duty to defend
  under the policy including an application of the relevant facts
  to the relevant policy provisions that justify the determination
  (don’t forget to consider exclusions and conditions)
