• Your business sponsor and customer are impressed with your project schedule, but due to some factors out of your / their control, you’ve been told to deliver your project early. Using the information from the readings, explain how you would go about assessing the possibility of delivering your project early. How will that affect scope, costs, and schedule?

My business sponsor and customers are impressed with my project schedule, but due to some factors out of my control, I’ve been asked to deliver my project early. According to this week’s video “Before you move forward with your project, it’s a good idea to look at the project management tools that were used in the project, and ensure they will work for you going forward.” This would also include the material and labor so that I can have everything I need to ensure the rescheduling of the project. I want to Do It Twice—Fast and Correctly or Fast tracking requires close coordination among those responsible for the activities affected and confidence in the work that has been completed. Once I have come up with a new plan, I would host a rekick off meeting that will confirm the mission, scope, new cost and schedule of the project.
